The A.R. Brouwer Office was a complete exterior and interior renovation of an existing bowling alley masonry building with steel barrel vault roofing system.

The existing bowling alley wood flooring was re-used as flooring in the conference room and reception desk. The existing exposed wood roof deck and steel barrel vault structure is exposed throughout with exposed mechanical systems. The existing single wythe walls were veneered with new brick and stone with increased punched opening along both sides.
