The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Building consists of an 11,661 S.F. office and a 8,133 S.F. enclosed parking garage. Within the office portion there are interview rooms, holding cells, and an armory. The entire building is surrounded by an anti-ram fence and sliding gates. The heavy duty gate and design of the site and facility ensure a secure facility. Another important feature of the facility is that it achieved a LEED Silver rating, certifying its environmentally aware design.
