IHOP Applebee's

The IHOP-Applebee’s hybrid that is located at base of Millender Center next to the lobby of the Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown hotel. The restaurant combines the two restaurant chains into one chain.

IHOP Café is a mini version of the casual IHOP Restaurant with tiled interior. The café provides a quick bite to eat for on the go people with a small seating area.

The Applebee’s restaurant has a full bar that is open to second floor of the Millender Center.
