The Mid-Oakland Medical Center consists of 3 floors of medical suites. The major tenants are the cancer center and the urgent care facility. Knowledge of construction requirements for certain medical equipment was crucial in this design as machines like linear accelerators for the cancer center had to be installed on the first floor due to its construction needs, thus dictating where certain tenants were able to occupy the building.
