Design Research Engineering’s facility consisted of a 12,238 S.F. office and a 8,438 S.F. warehouse located within the Novi  industrial park in Novi. The office area is denoted by the lower roof line and main entrance canopy with skylights that connect to the interior of the office. The warehouse area is lined with clerestory windows with aluminum eyebrow sunscreens above. The warehouse houses a crane that runs along one side and over the mezzanine area.
