This project consisted of 4,267 S.F. of office space and a 16,328 S.F  testing area. The testing area included chassis and engine dynamometers, an anechoic chamber, a sound shielding room, an alternator tester, and an EGR and starter tester. Understanding the spatial requirements of all of these testing labs and machines helped influence the layout and design of this facility to best serve the tenant.
